June 4, 2012 Last email

Dear family and friends,

          Things have been going pretty good. We actually had all of Josh, Heidi, and Taylor at church this week for their baptism on Saturday this week so that's really good. Josh even had his mom come to church. I didn't get a chance to talk to her for too long, but it seemed like she was happy to be there. Maybe she'll even come around, too. That's pretty much all of the people that are being taught in this area.

 We actually found out this morning that our area is getting double-transferred. I'm coming home and Elder Valele will be going to the Black Mountain zone for his last transfer. It kind of came as a surprise to us because we were supposed to get that double transfer call on Saturday night. Oh well.

            So last week the new vehicle that we got was pretty much the same as the last pickup truck that we had, except it was white instead of gray. But then on Friday we had to turn it back in because another missionary needed it for some reason. So then on Saturday we went to pick up a Mazda 3 and that's what we have now. But they told us that we'll only have that car until transfers, and they'll yet get another car. So we've had like 3 vehicles within the past 2 weeks.

            So that's pretty much all I have for this last week. I did get a chance to say goodbye to a few families already. It's been a really awesome experience. I've learned a lot of things from different members, investigators, companions, and areas that I've been around. I know that the things that I've learned will help me get through the trials that I'll face and I think that I've found my true self. Thank you all so much for supporting me, praying for me, and showing me a good example. I'll see you on Wednesday!
