Dear family and friends,

        There's not really a whole lot to say because it's only been about 4 days or so. Rafael came to church and so did Byron and his 2 daughters. It was kind of interesting though because Byron's daughters didn't want to go inside the chapel for sacrament meeting because they were scared of all the people that were in there, so they didn't actually get to take the Sacrament. We were going to pick up Lurdes and her 2 daughters for night church, but they weren't there when we tried to pick them up. But other than that, we haven't had anything else happen in the past few days.

         Thanks for wishing me a Happy Birthday! I still don't really know what we're going to do for it, but I guess we'll see. P-Day is a little different now because some of the holidays fall on Monday. In fact, the senior center that we usually go and email at is closed because of Labor Day, so we're emailing at one of the chapels.

         By the way, I got the package that you guys sent on Friday, so thank you guys for that. That was really nice of you. I'm doing pretty good and I'll tell you if I need anything.
